WA Relief and Recovery Fund: COVID-19

This fund provides local donors with a trusted resource to distribute their charitable dollars. It is designed to be flexible and nimble, so we can quickly help the nonprofits that are providing vital services to our communities during this crisis.

The WA Relief and Recovery Fund: COVID-19 will direct financial support to food and housing, social support and health services for those experiencing homelessness, Indigenous Australians, families on low incomes, seniors and those heavily reliant on sectors such as the arts, who will face increased struggles because of reduced or lost income.

Homeless
We are seeking donations to support immediate housing and support for the approximate 9000 people across WA who are homeless, with more than 1000 sleeping rough every night. We are all being told to stay home, but some don’t have a home.

Indigenous Australians
Supporting indigenous Australian organisations in their efforts to protect their Elders and care for their community. 

Family Support 
We are seeking donations to support families on low incomes who will face increased struggles because of reduced or lost income.

Seniors
Donations will go towards programs fostering social support, through to domestic assistance and personal care.   

Culture & Arts
Our beloved WA artists and arts organisations have been hit hard during this crisis. Donations will provide opportunities for artists to continue being creative during this time and have their important voices heard.
